Here you can book your appointments online, please do read the instructions and information below prior to your booking.
Once you have booked an appointment at Jenni Marie Hair, you will receive a confirmation via email once i have confirmed your appointment.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will then receive a reminder email and text message 1 day before your scheduled appointment with the salon address.
If you are a new client and you wish to have a colouring service which needs a patch test, you will need to book a separate appointment for a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please be aware that patch tests are non negotiable. If you book a colouring appointment without visiting the salon beforehand for a consultation and patch test your appointment will be cancelled until i have seen you in person for a consultation.
Please note - there is a charge of £20 for a colour consultation and patch test, when you book and come for your colour appointment your consultation fee will be deducted from your total colour appointment price.
If you are unable to book your appointment online at your required time please contact me at the salon by phone, as i may still be able to get you an appointment.
You are very important to us at Jenni Marie Hair.
We reserve appointments just for you and we request that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
This not only allows us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time but allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do of course understand that unavoidable issues arise and we will do our best to work with you in case of emergency.
Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointments.
‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of Service amount and you may be unable to book further treatments at The Hair Retreat.
As a courtesy we do contact you electronically the day before your appointment, so please be sure to confirm your appointment electronically or by calling the salon. You are always welcome to call the salon and double check any appointments if you are unsure.
